Season your steaks before you cook them on the grill. This is a good practice for most steakhouses. To season the steak, use large grains of salt to coat the surface. The pepper should not be overused, but you may add some flavor to the meat by adding a few drops. Make sure to clean your grill before you begin cooking. You should also preheat the grill to 450-500 degrees.

Season the steak prior to cooking. If you are using thicker cuts of steak, you can marinate it up until 48 hours prior to cooking. To make the seasoning stick better, you can apply some garlic or herbs to the outside of the steak. The next step, after the butter has cooled, is to spread it on the grill. The next step is to flip the beef and cook until both sides are crispy. Allow the steak sit for a couple of minutes to let the juices infuse.

How to make the perfect omelet

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you create them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So I wanted to share some tips and tricks so that you can make delicious, fluffy omelets every morn.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. You must keep them cool enough to allow the whites to form properly and the yolks to become too runny if they're not kept at the right temperature. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let us talk about how to mix the eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

The fun part is now - adding the milk to the mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.

After you have done folding the eggs, heat the pan on medium heat. The oil will start to smoke. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Now carefully crack open the lid of the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Once the omelet forms, cover the pan again. Let the top side set completely. Flip the omelet over using a spatula or flip the pan upside down. Cook the other side for about a minute. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe is best made with whole milk. However, it can also be used with skimmed milk.
