Before you begin to cook, verify the quality of your Charcoal. Charcoal lumps or in briquettes should produce little ash. If charcoal produces too much ash, it can cause airflow to be reduced and may contain additives. A charcoal expert can help you determine the best type of charcoal to suit your needs.

You can prepare vegetables in the oven or charcoal grilling. Placing the vegetables on a rack above glowing coals is the best way to grill them. How to make the perfect omelet

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Pour half the milk into the beaten egg mixture and then fold in the eggs. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil begins to heat, add 1/4 cup butter and swirl the pan to coat it. Next, carefully open the lid and sprinkle salt into your pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet by using a spatula. Cook the other side for another minute or two. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe works best when you use whole milk.
