Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. But how do you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.
